1. Sketching the product concept.
2. Creating a mold or 3D design for the prototype, refined multiple times.
3. 3D printing the basic shape of the lamp epoxy
4. Washing the printed model with a special solution.
5. Curing the model under UV light.
6. Applying the base coat paint.
7. Layering multiple colors, down to details as small as 0.1mm.
8. Pouring the resin.
9. Compressing the mold in a high-pressure chamber to eliminate air bubbles and achieve clarity.
10. Trimming excess material.
11. Completing 10-12 stages of detailed grinding and polishing for a mirror-like finish.
12. Inspecting each finished lamp epoxy resin before packaging.

Each step is performed by skilled artisans with at least 3 to 5 years of experience, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
